Prospective comparative study of fractional CO2 laser versus Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for melasma treatment in 180 patients with Fitzpatrick skin types IV-VI, with 12-month follow-up assessing efficacy and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation risk.
